The 台灣推理作家協會徵文獎 is newcomer award for mystery short stories and novellas organised by the Taiwan Mystery Writers Associations since 2003. The winner and the shortlisted works are published in a collection. The competition is not limited to Taiwanese authors. I only read one collection so far, but I found all the short stories excellent. I plan on reading the new collections as they come out, and maybe working my way in reverse and read the older ones too.
